That no top soil, sand or gravel shall be removed from the said above described premises'except that which may be necessary for construction of dwelling. Said covenants are declared to be and shall be covenants attached to and running with the land. BEING the same premises conveyed by Arthur W. Hahn, Jr., to Helen P. Callahan, party of the second part berein,and Raymond B. Callahan, party of the first part herein, by Deed dated August 12, 1954, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office on September 3, 1954, in liber 3752, Page 280.
