the southeasterly corner of lands heretofore conveyed by the party of the first part
to Reaert and ?laie `Schroy and which point is on the northerly line of a 55 foot
wide private roadway, N.82o 491 E. 100 feet from the intersection of said line with
.the easterly line of lands now or formerly of Floyd Vail, from said point of-begin—
Ing running thence in a general northerly direction along lands of said Robert and
It McIlmy N.310 201 W. a distance of 291 feet, more or less to,the mean high
water line of the Long Island Sound; running thence in a general easterly direction
along the mean high water line of the Long Island Sound a distance of 60 feet, more
or less, to lands heretofore conveyed by the party of the first part to John Ranahan,
running thence in a general southerly direction along lands of said John Ranahan,
S.510 201 E. a distance of 295 feet, more or lege, to the Northerly line of said
private right of way; running thence in a general westerly direction along the north—
erlyline of said private right of way, S.82o 491 W. a distance of 80 feet to the point
or place of beginning.
