Bayed to Philip Betz end wife; running thence along Bald land of Betz and penning through
a concrete monument set near the top of the bank N. 36o 361 101 E. a distance of 195 feet
more or less, to ordinary highwater mark of Torn Creek; running thence in a southeasterly
direction along said ordinary high Water mark of Town Creek a distance.of 150 feet, more
or less,to said land of Carstensen; running thanes along Bald land of Caratensen end
passing through a concrete monument set near the top of the bends S. 450 471 30n W. a
