PARCEL ONE: ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and

bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set at the intersection of the southwesterly line of
!Kenneyts Road with the northwesterly line of Middle Road, and running thence south-
westerly along said northwesterly line of Middle Road as taken by Suffolk County
(1939), 148 feet, more or less, to land conveyed by the parties of the first part to
lJoseph M. Conway by deed dated May, 1937; thence along said land of Joseph M.Conway,

along said southwesterly line of Kenney's Road, S. 410 573 5011 E.- 114.01 feet to the

PARCEL TWO: ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and
!being at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a monument set at the northeasterly corner of land conveyed by the
parties of the first part to Joseph M.Conway by deed dated May, 1937, (being the North-
westerly corner of Parcel One, as hereinabove described); and running along said land
of Joseph M. Coney, S. 320 551 1051 W.- 75.0 feet; thence along other land of the
parties of the first part, 2 courses, as follows:
(1) on the direct extension northwesterly of the southwesterly boundary of said land
of Joseph M.Conway N. 410 57t 5011 81.- 18.0 feet to a monument; thence
(2) on the direct extension southwesterly of the northwesterly boundary of said
Parcel One, hereinaboYe described, N. 460 481 0011 E.- 72.43 feet to the point of be-
