PETERSON, residing at 20 -11 109th Avenue, Queens Village, N.Y., and GILBERT PETERSON, residing at 90-27 153rd Street, Jamaica, N. Y.; party of the first para and VIII WILLIAM CHARLES CHAPEK, residing at 31 Hempstead Avenue, West Hempstead, N. Y.. party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of u. ---------------------------ONE 01.00)___________________________________dollar#, lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuabl;m consideration paid I. by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon eroded,situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, consisting of twoparcels, bounded and described as follows: PARCEL I: BEGINNING at a point designated by an iron bar driven into the ground, which is 126.7 feet south 39 degrees east from the granite road monument on the easterly side of South Harbor Lane, at or near the northern end of the wood lot of Martin Lehr; running thence north 55 degrees 17 minutes east 126 feet to the outer edge of a meadow of a branch of Corey's Creek; running thence southeasterly along the said edge of meadow to a line 100 feet distant and parallel to the aforesaid line; running thence south 55 degrees 17 minutes west 200 feet to another iron bar; and thence north 34 degrees 43 minutes west 100 feet to the point or place of beginning; containing about one third of an acre. TOGETHER with all rights of way appertaining thereto, together with whatever title and interest the parties of the first part may own in and to the gutter or branch of Corey's Creek lying to the North or adjacent to these premises. And also any right, title and interest of the party of the first part in and to the highway adjacent to said premises. PARCEL II: ALL that tract or parcel of land and meadowland situate at go- Harbor, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point at the southwesterly corner of land of Ruth V. Peterson and Gilbert running thence northerly along the westerly aide of salvoof Peterson to the outer edge of the meadow or a branch of Corey's Creek; running thence westerly along said Creek and along land formerly of Edward Kart to the easterly side of South Harbor Road; running thence in a southerly direction along the easterly aide of South Harbor Road to a point marked by a granite monument; running thence southwesterly along a right or way to the point or place of beginning.
