and improvements thereon, situated, lying and being at Pine Neck,
Southold, Town of Southold, New York, being bounded on the North by
Pine Neck Road; on the East by Edith M. Leicht; on the South by Kate
Breitstadt and on the West by Kate Breitstadt, being a parcel of land
one hundred thirty (130) feet in width on Pine Neck Road and on the
southerly and, and approximately four hundred (400) feet deep on the
East and West.
BEING a portion of the same premises conveyed by John Diller and
Annie Diller, his wife, to Christopher Leicht, by deed dated February
7, 1884 and recorded on February 15, 1884 in the office of the Suffolk
County Clerk in Liber 279 of Conveyances at Page 467.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part of, in and to Pine Neck Road as it adjoins the above described
premises to the center line thereof.
