BEING a portion of the same premises conveyed by John Diller and Annie Diller, his wife, to Christopher Leicht, by deed dated February 7, 1884 and recorded on February 15, 1884 in the office of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 279 of Conveyances at Page 467. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in and to Pine Neck Road as it adjoins the above described premises to the center line thereof.
