BEGINNING at a stake on that course of the southwesterly line of Bayview Read ,

monument at itis intersection with that course of said southwesterly line which
runs S. 520 221 10'1 2„ being ZD.0 feet northwesterly alone said southwesterly line
from land of Anderson and being the point where said southwesterly line Is inter-
sected by the northwesterly line of a 30 foot right Of way hereinafter described;
from said point of beginning running along said northwesterly line of said 30 foot
right of way, S. 25e 561 50" w.- 153.0 feet to an iron pine and land conveyed by
the party of the first part to the party of the secondCert by dead dated August
16, 1951, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3255 of deeds
at page 478 on'August 24, 1951; thence along said land of the party of the second
part N. 640 031 10" w.- 111.72 feet to an iron pipe; thence along other land of the
party of the first pert, N. 24o 221 80" E.- 150.06 feet to an iron pipe on said
southwesterly line of Bayview Road about opposite Ceder Drive; thence along said
southwesterly line, S. 640 031 loo R.- 115.82 feet to the point or beelnning.
TOGRTHER with a right of way 30.0 feet in width, the northwesterly line of which
Is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the southwesterly line oflrin Bay-
view Road, 30.0 feet northwesterly along said southwesterly line from a concrete monu-
ment set on said line at the northwesterly corner of land heretofore conveyed by the
parties of the first port to Sophie Anderson; and runnin;p, thence S. 25o 561 50F1 {9._
695.22 feet; thence 5. 370 04' 50" 71.- 199.70 feet to the ordinary high Yater mark of
Corey Creek.
The southeasterly line of said 30.0 foot right of way is parallel vIth and 30.0
feet southeasterly from the above described northwesterly line, measured at right
angles thereto.
ALSO with a right of way W feet in width, the northerly sod northeesterly line
Of which is described as follows; Beginning at an iron pipe set on the northv.esterly
line of another 30 foot right of way, hereinabove described, 490.0 feet southwesterly
along said northwesterly line from it's intersection rite the southwesterly line of
iAin Bayview Road; and running thence westerly and then northwesterly along the south-
erly and southwesterly boundary line of the premises hereinabove describe2, 167.95
feet to the southwesterly corner of said premises.
