THIS INDENTURE,made the 3rd day of January ,nineteen hundred and fifty-six,

JOHN CHARNEWS and JULIA CRARNEWS. his wife, as tenants by the entirety,
both residing at Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

I9, 1918, In Liber 963 of deeds at page 45, the said Minna- Ruthkoski having died
Ila resident of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, on March Blot, 1938,
Ilsurvived by Charles Ruthkocki, her husband.
