Young, Surveyor, BSverhead, N.Y., and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 15, 1930, as Nap No. 654, SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey may show, provided the same does not render the title thereto unmarketable. RESERVING, however, to the party of the first pert the right to dedicate any and all roads as laid out on said map to the Town of Southold as pHblic highways; and the parties of the second part hereby consent and agree that the party of the first part shell have the right to dedicate my particular highway or highways, or all highways set forth on said map to the Town of Southold as public highways, without obtaining my further consent from the parties of the second pert; and the parties of the second part hereby release the Toon of Southold from any claim for damages by reason thereof.
