land of the party of the second part, S. 57o 56' W.- 100.0 feet to a stake and lend
of '+b. Richmond; thence along said land of Richmnr., N. 320 041 y1.- 37.50 feet;
thence along other land of the party of the first part at right angles to said south-
westerly line of Grove Road, N. 570 561 E. 100.0 feet to said southwesterly line;
thence along said southwesterly line of Grove Road, S. 320 041 E.- 37.50 feet to the
point of beginning.

BEGINNING at a stake set on the southwesterly line of Grove Read, 345.0 feet
southeasterly along said southwesterly line from the North Road, being the suuth-
eascerly comer of land conveyed by the party of the first sent to the party of the I
second part by deed dated April 14, 1952 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office in Liber 3511 of deeds at page 373 on April 16, 1952; thence running along
sale southwesterly line of Grove Road, S. 320 041 E.- 37.6D feet; thence along other
lend of the party of the first part at right angles to said southwesterly line, S.

dated May 13, 1947, And which map is intended to be filed.
