WITNESSETH.that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate and lying
at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State
of New York, and bounded end described as follows; Northerly by
land formerly of the heirs of Cordello D. Elmer, Easterly by lands
formerly of Lucretia Glover, deceased, Southerly by land formerly of
Micheal McCabe, and Westerly by land formerly of John Butler and
- containing by estimation Five and twenty-four one hundredths of an
acre, and the Easterly line of said place of land is to run parallel
to the Westerly line thereof at a distance of Two Hundred and Seventy
feet therefrom, end being or intended to be the Westerly third of
a piece of woodland of which the said Lucretia Glover died seized
and possessed, subject, however, to a right of way along the Southerly
line of the premises hereby conveyed for the owners of the remaining
two-thirds of said woodland formerly belonging to said Lucretia Glover.
