THIS INDENTURE,made the 13th day of Septemberninete hundred and fifty-£iVe,
BETWEEN GEORGE H. BRUDERMANN and VERONICA E. BRUDERMANN his wife,
' residing at 412 Latham Lane, East Williston, Nassau County, New York,
party of the first part,and VERONICA E. BRUDERMANN residing at 412 Latham Lane,
East Williston, Nassau County, New York, being also one of the
grantors herein,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of
TEN dollars,
lawful money of the United States,and other good end val uable cow ideration Paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release roto the party of the second part,
her heirs and assigns forever.
ALL those certain plots or parcels of land.lying and being.in the
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of.New York, known and designat-
ed as Lot No, Twenty (20) in Blookk G, as shown on a certain map made
July 22nd, 1930, by Daniel R. Young, P.E, and L.S., entitled "Map of
Reydon Shores Inc., Bayview, L.I., N.Y, in the Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, N.Y." and filed in the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk, Riverhead,.New York, Gn July let, 1931, as
Map No. 631.
TOGETHER with the right to use for boating, bathing and fishing, all
that portion of Beach lying in front of Sections A and B as shown on
said map, in common with Reydon Shores Inc., or its successors and with
others who now have or may hereafter acquire rights in the same,
subject, however, to such reasonable rules and regulations with
respect to the use thereof as Reydon Shores Inc., or its successors
may from time to-time put into effect.
TOGETHER with a right of way over the roads, highways, streets or
lanes sown on said map and over a road or highway known as Reydon
Drive, which runs through other prperty formerly of Reydon.Shores.Inc.,
said right to be in common with Reydon Sh&rea Inc., or its successors
and with others who now have or may hereafter acquire rights in thesame
but it is expressly understood and agreed that Reydon Shdrma Inc. or
its_saccessore reserve to themselves, their successors and assigns,
the title to the land lying within the bed of all of said road,
called Reydon Drive, and the.right to make improvements, and to lay,
erect and maintain water, gas, electric and telephone systema thereon
m d thereunder in all of said roads, streets, highways or 1 Anes as
shown on said map. .
