S ,7 THIS INDENTURE,made the let day of May ,nineteen hundred and fifty-six, BETWEEN JOHN J. KELLY, JR. and RITA He KELLY, his wife, both residing at Southold, Suffolk County, New York, party of the first part,and SYDNEY Be BREESE, JR. and A. ELAINE BREESE, his wife, m tenants by the entirety, both residing at North Road, Greenport, Suffolk County, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of TEN ($10.) - - _ _ _ _ - dollar., lawful money of the United States,and other good and valuable consideration, paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or success"rs and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Now York, known and distinguished as Lot #75 on a map entitled "Subdivision Map of Founders Estates, situate at Southold, Suffolk County, N,Y, made by Otto We Van Tuyl, Engineer and Surveyor," dated March 18, 1927 and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on May 100 19270 as Map No. 834, and on said map bounded NORTHERLY by Lot #74, EASTERLY by Old Shipyard Road, SOUTHERLY by Lot #76 and WESTERLY by Lot #65 and by a portion of the easterly boundary of Lot #64, being one hundred and fifty feet (150 ft.) on the northerly and southerly boundaries and .. seventy-five feet (75 ft.) on the easterly and westerly boundaries. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of the first part, if any, in and to that portion of Old Shipyard Road lying in front of and adjacent to the lands and promises above described to the centre line thereof. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Founders Estates, Inc, to John J. Kelly, Jr. and wife by dead dated October 1, 1952, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerkts Office on October 8, 1952, in Libor 3419 of Deeds at page 95.
