along the said ordinary high water line of Long Island Sound a distance of apprvxima -

ion and on a line parallel to the first course and distant therefrom 58 feet to the
northerly side of said Sound Avenue, running thence in a general westerly direction
along the northerly side of Sound Avenue a distance of 58 feet to the point or place
of beginning.
