HomeMy WebLinkAboutL 3531 P 176 UBER3531 PAGEP6 p 1/ THIS INDENTURE, made the O - day ofcevz nineteen hundred and fifty-three U BETWEEN JULIA OVERTON BELL, FRANCES OVERTON RICH and LOUISE OVERTON DAY, individually, all of no numbered street Peconic, New York, herein collect- ively called the party of the first part, and JULIA OVERTON BELL, FRANCES OVERTON RICH and LOUIS OVERTON DAY as trustees under agreement among then dated May 9th, 1953, herein collectively called the party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideratio of one dollar, lawful money of the United States, and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, their distributees and assigns forever, ALL the respective right title and interest of each party of the first part in and to the following described premises and granting the easements hereinafter described: ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Peconic, Town of touthold, Suffoic County, State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of the premises herein described, which point of beginning is described as follows: BEGINNING at a monument at a point of curve on the westerly side of Sound View Avenue, which monument is located about 1570 feet northerly from the northerly side of Mill Road when measured along the westerly side of Sound View Avenue; running thence north 43 degrees 24 mimites 40 seconds west 194 feet; thence north 7 degrees 39 minutes 00 seconds west 92.25 feet; thence north 43 degrees 11 minut s 40 seconds west 122.85 feet; thence from said point of beginning running south 85 degrees 45 minutes 20 seconds west 392.21 feet to a monument and land conveyed by the party of the first part t0 ENCY DAVISON and ROSALIND CASE NEWELL by deed dated May 9, 1953; thence along said land north 40 degrees 29 minutes 40 seconds west through three monuments, 613.21 feet to the ordinary highwater mark of Long Island Sound; thence along said line north 51 degrees 12 minutes 50 seconds east 675 feet to land of "Acres of Diamonds"; thence along said land south 40 degrees 29 minutes 40 seconds east 628.28 feet to a monument; thence continuing along said land south 11 degrees 39 minutes 10 seconds east 308.06 feet; thence south 68 degrees 43 minutes 50 seconds west 222.15 feet to the point or place of beginning.
