vivor, his or her /and assigns forever, all that certain plot, piece or
parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Southold, in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and des-
cribed as follows:
BEGINNING at a point marked by a concrete monument set on the
northeasterly line of a right of way 16.5 feet in width at the souther-
ly comer of the premises herein described (which point is the westerly
comer of other land of the parties of the second pert); running thence
in a northwesterly direction along the said northeasterly line of said
right of way, N. 530 271 1011 W. a distance of 125.47 feet to a point
marked by a concrete monument and land of Max H. Haas; running thence
in a northeasterly direction along said land of Haas, N. 240 081 30" E.
a distance of 188 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water line of
Town Creek; running thence in a southeasterly direction along said
ordinary high water line of Town Creek, a distance of 150 feet, more or
less, to other land of the parties of the second part; running thence
in a southwesterly direction along said other lands of the parties of

TOGETHER with the right to the use, (in common with others), of a
right of way for ingress and egress to and from the above described
premises to Youngs Avenue over the aforesaid right of way 161 feet in
width, the easterly and northeasterly lines of which are described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly comer of the premises above des-
cribed and running thence the following seven courses and distances to
the southerly line of Youngs Avenue, viz: (1) N. 530 27' 10" VV. 149.22
feet; (2) N. 690 01' 20" W. 161.40 feet; (3) N. 740 21' 20" W. 500.00
feet; (5) N. 160 11' 20" W. 172.10 feet; (6) N. 550 00' 1V. 255.0
feet; (7) N. 400 00' W. 96.0 feet to the southerly line of Youngs
Avenue.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the first part in and to the waters and land under water below
highwater mark of Town Creek in front of and abutting said premises to
the center line thereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by L. Barron
Hill and Adelaide H. Hill, his wife, to Helen Wickham, by deed dated
September 30, 1955 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
October 19, 1955 in Liber 3997 of Deeds, Page 172, and SUBJECT to the
reservations affecting said right of way, and SUBJECT to the covenants,
restrictions, agree pts, and reservations affecting said premises.
