BEGINIJING at a monument on the southerly line of Pine Neck Road about SIP feet

.easterly along, said southerly line from Park Way, being the northwesterly corner of
land of Caroline Korn; and running along said land of Korn and along land of Lelebt
Estate, S. 60 371 1011 V!.- 35D.0 feet to a monument at the northeasterly corner of Lot
27 as shown on Tar, of Southwood°, filed in the Suffolk County Clerkts Office as Mis
