The matter has been referred to my office for possible prosecution. The shed and treated lumber must be removed within 14 days of the date of this letter. The decking on the catwalk and dock must be replaced with non-treated lumber. Failure to remedy these violations in a timely manner will result in the issuance of summonses for the violations. King, Jr., President I prefer to not disclose my identity. Some rich people have despoiled another piece of land. The pictures enclosed show an area on Skunk Lane that was recently developed. The site has water and electricity, and to my surprise a small building that is well hidden behind new trees. The area has been filled above the surroundings. It is paved with stone. It looks out of place. Did the trustees permit the building? Check it out. There has been party activity there, and I suspect the shed structure is used as a shower or as a bathroom. The trustees do a very important job in controlling and securing our wetlands. You can't be in all places 24/7. I hope this is not looked on as sour grapes on my part.
