37 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 88. 75 feet to an iron pipe;
Running thence along land now or formerly of Julius Zebroski,
South 44 degrees 12 minutes 50 Eeconds West a distance of 149. 11 feet;
Running thence along land now or formerly of Jlius Zebroski, and
conveyed to or intended to be conveyed to Vogel, North 39 degrees 09
minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 123.87 feet to an iron pipe on the
easterly line of Waterview Drive;
Running thence along saic easterly line, North 57 degees 42
minuts 00 seconds East a distance of 150.0 feet to the poir-t or place
of Beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises descriJed in deed
recorded in Liber 6074 cp 255.
SUBJECT to a mortgage helcl by Southold Savings Bank.
