00 seconds West 191 feet, more or less, to the mean highwater line
of Long Island Sound; running thence eestwardly along the mean
highwater line of Long Island Sound 100 feet, more or less; running
thence South 50 degrees, 36 minutes, 00 seconds East 193 feet, more
or less, to the northerly side of North Sea Drive; running thence
South 39 degrees, 24 minutes, 00 seconds West along the northerly
side of North Sea Drive 100 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to the covenants, rights, reservations, conditions and
restrictions of record.
SUBJECT to a purchase money first mortgage, bearing even date herein,
in the principal sum of $3,750.00, given to secure the payment of
