foot to the southeasterly corner of land of Eugene L. Lehr; running
thence North 10 degrees 39 minutes West a distance of 146.53 foot to
said land of Pettit; running th'enco along said land of Pettit, South
85 degrees 03 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 102.16 feet to
the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with any right of way which the party of the first part may
have over and across the right-of-way adjoining the southerly boundary
lino of said promises to Youngs Avenue.
BEING and intended to be the same promises convoyed by Florence
Jeannette Mulford and Alco Louise Miller to Edna M. Eaulbach by deed
dated May 31, 19499 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clork's Office
in Libor 2968 of Deeds at page 12, on July 8, 1949, add the same pro-
mises of which Edna M. Eaulbach died seized andpoasessed on January
71 1958. (Suffolk County Surrogato's Court Filo #54-P-1958).
