BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the northeasterly line of
Mill Creek Drive at the northwesterly corner of land now or form-
erly of Selover, said point of beginning being about 325 feet east-
erly along said line of Mill Creek Drive from Grove Road; running
thence along said line of Mill Creek Drive, north 58degrees 22
minutes 50 seconds west, 75 feet; thence along land of Addimando,
north 16 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds east, 136.60 feet to the
southerly line of a dredged canal; thence easterly along said
dredged canal, 123.85 feet to said land now or formerly of Selover;
thence along last mentioned land, south 35 degrees 10 minutes 00
seconds west, 162.50 feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title end interest, if any, of the party
of the first part in and to the canal abutting the premises.
TOGETHER with all the rights title and interest, if any, of the party
of the first part of, in and to the land lying in the bed of the
street in front of end adjoining said promisee to the center line
thereof.
BEING end intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed made by Henry J. Smith dated January 17, 1958
and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
January 17, 1958, liber 4417 of conveyances, page 370.
