WILSON, husband and wife, both residing in the Township of Plainsboro, 0 �n County of Middlesex and State of New Jersey, parties of the first y' °i part, hereinafter referred to as the "Grantors", and ROBERT v u � EDWIN WILSON and DONALD ROGER WILSON, both of the Township of West Windsor, County of Mercer and State of New Jersey, parties of the second part, hereinafter referred to as the "Grantees", W I T N E S S E T H: That the Grantors, In consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($ 1.00), lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration, paid by the Grantees, do hereby grant and release unto the Grantees, their heirs and assigns forever, ALL that certain piece or parcel of land sibaate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of North Sea Drive distant 2,075 feet eastwardly from the corner formed by the intersection of said northerly side of North Sea Drive with the easterly side of Kenney's Road; running thence North 50 de- grees 36 minutes 00 seconds West 199 feet, more or less, to the mean highwa ter line of Long Island Sound; running thence east- wardly along said mean hlghwater line of Long Island Sound 100 feet. thence South 50 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds East 200 feet , more or less, to the northerly side of North sea Drive; running thence South 3° degrees 2l;. minutes 00 seconds West along said northerly side of North Sea Drive 100 feet to the point or place of beginning; hereinafter referred to as "Premises"; For further identification, the above-described parcel is designated as Plot Numbered Twenty-One (21) by a certain � br- Vey of Wm. Wilson, his wife, by the Lidico Corporation, by deed dated February 23. 1950, and recorded in the Suffolk County, New York, Clerk's Office on February 28, 1950, in Liber 3050 of { Deeds at page 84. -
