TOGETHER with all rights for boating, bathing, fishing along beach, and the use of inland harbor and right of way over roads, as granted to grantors by Reydon Shores, Inc. SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions and agreements of record, if any. BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part herein by deed from Reydon Shores, - Inc. dated September 26, 1932 and recorded in Suffolk Gounty Clerk's office on November 25, 1932 in Liber 1685 of Deeds, at cage 365.
