VEROSTER and JESSIE VEROSTEN, his wife, as tenants by the entirety, both rosiding ou- 0uthold, 3^uffolk County, Now York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the fl,t part,in consideration of Ten Dollars paid by the party of the second part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim..to the pact,of the second pact,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel cf land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate, lying and being jmyI north of the Village of Southold, in the Town of South- old, County of Suffolk and State of Now York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the southerly line of Middle Road with the westerly line of Grove Road; and running along said westerly line of Grove Road, S. 320 041 E.- 229 foot, more or less, to a monument and land conveyed by the party of the first part to Arthur Cooley; thence along said land, S. 570 56' W.- 100.0 feet to a monument and land of Wm. Richmond; thence'along said land of Richmond, N. 320 041 W._ 226 foot, more or less, to Said southerly line of Middle Road; thence northeasterly along said southerly line on a curve to the left having a radius of 2325.01 feet, a distance of 100 fent, more or less, to the point of beginning. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to the public highways lying in front of and adjacent to the above described premisos and to the center lines thereof. Being and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed by Anna B. Richmond to Honry J. Smith by deed dated January 20, 1948, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Libor 2793 of deeds at page 458 on January 20, 1948. - SUBJECT to any state of facts as a more accurate survey may show or a personal inspection thereof may disclose. This deed isiven to correct the description contained in a certain deed from Henry J. Smith to Conrad A. Verostek and Jessie Vorostek, his wife, dated November 3, 1956 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 3, 1956 in Liber 4223 of deeds at page 355; and subject to the same covenants and restrictions contained in said deed. _ _ _
