Tynan by three deeds recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County respectively in Liber 1261 of Conveyances at Page 140, Liber 1310 of Conveyances at Page 304, and Liber 1424 of Conveyances at Page 49; and the said Agatha C. Tynan having died a resident of the County of Bronx leaving a Last Will and Testament duly admitted to probate in the Surrogate's Court of the County of Bronx on June 5, 1940, under file number 356 P 1940. Lot 24 is the same premises conveyed to Thomas F. J. Tynan by deed records he office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 1284 of Conveyances at Page 358; in t said Thomas F. J. Tynan having died a resident of the County of Bronx leaving a Last Will and Testament and Codicil duly admitted to probate in the Surrogate's Court of th County of Bronx on July 23, 1954, under file number 750 P 1954.
