Clerk's Office on September 2, 1931 as and by Nap 639.
EXCEPTING therefron m much as was heretofore taken by the New York State Department
of Works in the alteration of the public highway knows as Main Road. The aforesaid
premises to be conveyed herein being more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly lint of the Main Road at the southeasterly
corner of Lot 9 and the southwesterly cower of lot 10, as shows on a map wstltled,
"Subdivision of Property of C.L. Sanford Brick Co. Inc." filed in the Suffolk Canty
Clark's Office as Bap No. 539; from said point of beginning, running along said Lot
9, North ED* 55t 40" West 109.57 feet to land of.the long Island Railroad;
thence along said land of the Long Island Railroad, North 69w 04' 20" East 100.0
feet;
thence along Lot 12, ss shown on sold yap, South BDo 55' 40" East 103 feet,more
or less, to the northerly line of the Nair Road as Altered In October, 1953;
thence westerly along Raid northerly line, go altered, and along said northerly
