ALL that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being at
Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
Now York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly lino of a proposed highway
50 foot in width (which noint i§ the northwesterly corner of the pro-
mises herein doseribed, and which point is South 77 degrees 46 minutes
50 seconds East a distance of 300.0 feet from the northeasterly corner
of promises heretofore conveyed by Raymond W. Terry et al, to Ellis
11. Torry and wife by deed dated February 16, 1957, and recorded in
Suffolk County Clork's Offioo on March 1, 1957, in Liber 4266 of Deeds
at page 265); running thence in an easterly direction along said
southerly lino of said proposed highway South 77 degrees 46 minutes
50 seconds East a distance of 100.0 foot; running thence along other
land of the parties of the first part on a line at right angles to
said southerly line of said proposed highway, South 12 degrees 13
minutes 10 seconds West a distance of 150 fact, more or less, to
ordinary high water mark of Jockey Creek; running thence in a westerly
direction along said ordinary high water mark of Jockey Creek a dis-
tance of 100 feet, or more, to a point which is South 10 degrees 59
minutes 10 seconds West from the point or place of beginning; running
thence North 10 degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 145
feet, more or loss, to the point or place of beginning.
