corner of the premises herein described and the southeasterly corner of
the promises heretofore conveyed to Rose C. Bennett); running thence
along said westerly line of Oaklawn Avenue, South 6 degrees 12 minutes
00 seconds West a distance of 75.0 feet; running thence on a line at
right angles to said westerly line of Oaklawn Avenue North 83 degrees
48 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 150.0 feet- running thence on
a line parallel with said westerly line of Oaklawn Ivenue, Korth 6
degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 75.0 feet; running
thence along said land of Bennett South 83 degrees 48 minutes 00 second
East a distance of 150.0 feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to the following covenants and restrictions;
1. That every dwelling house erected on said promises shall cost

first part herein by deed dated August 6 1956 and recorded in the
