Hyatt, and parallel with the aforementioned southwesterly side of the premises herein described, 200 feet , more or less, to the point or placer of beginning. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in and j to the beach and lands under water of Long Island Sound in front of and adjacent to said premises. TOGETHER with a right of way over land of Sara L. Hyatt adjoining said premises on the south, being a strip of land 25 feet in width constituting a private way known as Hurricane Lane, for passage on foot and with vehicles to Hortonts Lane on the east. II Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Sara L. Hyatt to 'Mae Halbauer by deed dated Nay 9th, 1941, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on hfay 12, 1941, in Liber 2161 of deeds at page 598 and subject to the covenants and restric ions therein contained. i TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
