of Joseph Capuene and now of Frederick C. Havklas; Easterly by land of Merkel;
Southerly by land of Russell L. Davison and 'Nesterly by Beckwith Avenue.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Louis N. Sanford by the
following two deeds:
(1) Deed from d'lilliam H. Clerk to Louis N. Sanford, dated December 7th, 1945,
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 2, 1946, in liber
2629 of deeas at page 431;
(2) Deed from Richard T. Gilmartin as Commissioner of Public welfare, to Louis
N. Sanford, dated September 30, 1946, and racorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on October 2, 1946, in liber 2629 of deeds at page 425; and further
the same premises of which Louis N. Sanford died seized and possessed on Mrch
21st, 1955, which premises were devised to Florence H. Sanford, the grantor herein,
by the last !':111 and Testament of Louis N. Sanford duly admitted to probate by
the Surrogate of Suffolk County on March 27, 1956 (Suffolk County Surrogatets Court
NO. 1007-P-1955).
RESRRVING to FLORENCE H. S..NFORD the use of said premises for and during the term
of her natural life.
