bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly boundary line of land of
Jonothan Overton at the point where said boundary line is intersected
by the boundary line between land of the party of the first part and land
of Fischer, said point of beginning being 210 feet northeasterly along
said northwesterly boundary line from the northerly line of Horton Lane;
from said point of beginning running along said land of Fischer. North
64 degrees 50 minutes West 34,11 feet to the easterly line of a 20 foot
private road known as Hilltop Path; thence along said easterly line of
Hilltop Path, 2 courses, as follows:-

thence along said land of Williams, South 64 degrees 50 minutes East,
137,44 feet to a monument and said land of Overton; thence along
said land of Overton, South 51 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds West
274.03 feet to the point of beginning.
