of the first part to the party of the second part by deed dated May 31,
1955 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3930 at Peg
392 on July 18, 1955, 5.510 56130"E.-220.31 feet; thence along land
conveyed, or about to be conveyed, by the party of the first part to th
party of the second part (Parcel One hereinabove described) , 5.29005100

to the point of beginning.

Being and intended to be premises conveyed by Lidice Corp. to the

Together with a right of way in common with Edwin C. Hillard over
the easterly eight feet along the westerly boundary of land conveyed
