Joseph Goubeaud and partly by land of Elsie Carrol and partly by Young's
Avenue.
Being, and intended to be, the same premises conveyed to the part
of the first part by two deeds as follows: (1) Deed from Mary Cary to
Vincent Sietkoaky dated March 2, 1916 and recorded in Liber 930 of Deeds
at Page 259 in Suffolk County Clerk's office on May 19 1916• and (2) Dee
from William T. Gagen to Vincent Satkoski dated March �, 19212 and records
in Liber 1039 of Deeds at Page 511 in Suffolk County Clerk's office on
March 9, 1922; except such portion thereof as was acquired by the County
of Suffolk,
