Coleman; running thence, along the northerly boundary of land now or formerly of D. H. Horton and along a ditch, and subtending or subtended by tie line, and running to a point which is the westerly end of said tie line, and which tie line extends from the westerly boundary of land formerly of John B. Coleman South 79 degrees 29 minutes 40 seconds West 532.10 feet to the easterly boundary of a swamp at a point; running thence along the westerly boundary of land now or formerly of D. H. Coleman, and thence along the northerly side of said private roadway, North 62 degrees 10 minutes 30 seconds West 670.18 feet to a monument which is the point or place of beginning. The above description being taken from a survey made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, surveyor, dated December 41 1929. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of said Mary L. Dayton, deceased, to the land lying below the ordinary high water line of Goose Creek and Peconic Bay and lying in front of the land above described and contiguous thereto. TOGETHER with any riparian rights with respect to said land which said Mary L. Dayton had at the time of her death.
