line, from the southwesterly corner of land of Greenport Realty Manage-
ment Co., Inc. and running thence northwest 31 degrees 40 minutes 50
seconds, 50 feet to a point; running thence northeast 61 degrees 59
minutes 10 seconds, 110 feet more or less to the ordinary high waterlllark
of Old Cove (an indentation of Arshamomaque Pond); running thence
southeasterly along the ordinary high water mark of Old Cove, a distance
of about 50 feet to a point; running thence southwest 61 degrees 59
minutes 10 seconds,'110 feet more or less to the point or place of
beginning.
TOGETHER with the right to pass and repass for purposes
of ingress and egress over Carole Road from the premises to the ?forth
Road.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party
of the first part in and to the lands below the ordinary high water
