that the part Y of the first part, in consideration of

($ 1.00- - - - ) lawful money of the United States, and other good and
valuable consideration paid by the part ies of the second part,
does hereby remise, release, and quitclaim unto the part lea of the second part,
their heirs and assigns forever, all of his right, title and interes
in and to
ALL that certain right-of-way situate at Peconic, Town of South-
old, County of Suffolk and State of New York, extending from Birch Lane
southerly over land of the parties of the second part to North Road,
being about 1800 feet in length.
BEING and intended to be the same right-of-way described as
"a right-of-may to the public highway known as the North Road across
and over the lands of Thomas Fox and others", in a deed from Edna
Cahoon Booth to Edna Cahoon Booth and Clement W. Booth dated July 16,
1929 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September
3, 1929 in Liber 1454 of Deeds, at page 305, premises described in said
deed having been deeded to the grantor herein, Clement W. Booth, Jr.
and being now owned by him. _
