Last Will and Testament of George J. Healing,
• A late of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island,
a New York; residing at 12 South Mountain Avenue, Mont-
clair, New Jersey-and-
LILLIAN M. HEALING, individually;

ETHEL B. HEALING, individually, and as
uar ian of Kenneth E. Healing and Gene
Jon Healing, minors, having been appointed
as such on April 26, 1956, by the Superior
Court of the State of California, in and
for the County of Los Angeles, residing at 4907
Bluebell Avenue, North Hollywood, California.

in Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island,

WITNESSETH, that LILLIAN M. HEALING,
as Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of George J.
Healing, Deceased, by virtue of the power and authority given
in and by said Last Will and Testament, and LILLIAN M. HEALIN ,
individually, and ETHEL B. HEALING, individually, and as
Guardian of Kenneth E. Healing and Gene Jon Healing, minors,
having been appointed as such by the Superior Court of Cal-
ifornia, in and for the County of Los Angeles, for and in
consideration of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00),
lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the
second part, do hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, his heirs and assigns forever,
ALL those two certain tracts, pieces or parcels of
land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,

situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:

BEGINNING at a stone monument set at the intersection of
tie easterly side of the Public Road and tl.e southerly side
of Pine Neck Road, running t' ence along the southerly side
of Pine Neck Road, north- 86 degrees 34 minutes east 442 and
87/100 feet to a monument; thence south, 0 degrees 44 minutes
east 8 and 26/100 feet to a monument; thence along the
southerly side of Pine Neck Road, north 86 degrees 34 minutes
east 280 feet to a stake set in ordinary highwater mark of
the creek; thence south 20 degrees 14 minutes 50 seconds east
along the highwater mark of the creek a distance of 6 and
00/100 feet; thence south 72 degrees 38 minutes 50 seconds
east 212 and 5/10 feet to a stake; thence south 72 degrees
38 minutes 50 seconds east 83 and 81/100 feet to a stake set
in tl,e ordinary highwater mark of Southold Bay; thence in a
general soutCerly or southwesterly direction along the aver-
age idgiwater mark of Southold Bay to a stake marking tl,e
northeast corner of ot! er land of Christopher Leicht; thence
south 87 degrees 17 minutes 50 seconds west 650 feet to a
monument set in tie easterly side of the public road; thence

feet to a monument set in the easterly side of the public
road; thence north 4 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds west 698
and 47/100 feet to a monument at the point or place of be-
ginning; as surveyed by Wallace H. Halsey, C. E., June 10,
1924.

BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the easterly line of
tl.e highway leading from Pine Neck across Goose Creek and
at the southwesterly corner of land of Fannie G.K. Williams,
conveyed to her by deed recorded in Liber 1101 of Conveyances
page 585; running thence along said land of Fannie G.R.
Williams north 86 degrees 50 minutes 40 seconds east 650 feet
more or less, to ordinary 1,ighwater mark of Southold Bay;
thence along said ordinary is ig:water line tie following cours s
and distances: south 23 degrees 17 minutes east 160 and
3/10 feet, south 12 degrees 48 minutes 30 seconds east 143
and 59/100 feet, south 39 degrees 44 minutes 20 seconds west
107 and 94/100 feet, south 1 degree 14 minutes 40 seconds wes
138 and 3/100 feet, sent!. 22 degrees 19 minutes east 90 and
82/100 feet to beach and meadow formerly of W. A. Haynes
Estate; thence continuing along said ordinary highwater line
of Soutiold Bay and of the westerly line of Goose Creek
CI-.annel to a point which is south 7 degrees 30 minutes 50
seconds east 202 and 72/100 feet, from the point last men-
tioned and being the northeasterly corner of beach and
meadow conveyed by Monica G. Gallagher to Howard H. Terry;
thence along land last above described north 88 degrees 59
minutes 10 seconds west 362 and 65/100 feet to the easterly
side of a certain meadow gutter; thence along said easterly
side of said gutter to the soutwesterly corner of beach and
meadow conveyed by Jesse H. Terry Estate to Fannie G.K.
Williams which. point is north 20 degrees 53 minutes 10
seconds west 115 and 1/100 feet from the last mentioned

point; thence along said easterly side of said gutter to the
northeasterly line of tLe public road or highway first men-
. tinned, at a point which is north 48 degrees 11 minutes 40
seconds west 260 and 12/100 feet from the point last mentioned
thence along said northeasterly line of said highway north 67
degrees 20 minutes 10 seconds west 101 feet to a monument
arking an angle in said highway; thence along the easterly
line of said highway north 5 degrees 37 minutes 20 seconds
est 433 and 27/100 feet to the point or place of beginning.
XCEPTING so much thereof as lies within the public highway
laid out over said premises, which highway runs from Pine
eck Road to Bay View.
y and under the terms of this conveyance no warranty is
iven as to title to any land under water between high and
low water marks of Southold Harbor and Peconic Bay or below
the high water line of any adjacent water or to so much of
the parcel herein described as (1), as is beach. I
SUBJECT to any rig!ts of way and easements over and through !
the aforedescribed premises, of record.
EING the same premises conveyed by Fannie G.K. Williams on
October 30, 1944, to George J. Healing (now deceased) and
illian M. Healing, his wife, and Eugene F. Healing (now
eceased, and the late husband and father of Ethel B.
Baling and Kenneth E. Healing and Gene Jon Healing, minors,
espectively), and recorded in Deed Book 2401, page 489, &c.
