RUNNING thence along the southeasterly side of Cells Avenue, North 47 degrees

said map;
RUNNING thence South W degrees 40 minutes East, a distance of 242 feet,more
or less, to ordinary high water mark of Jockey Creek;
RUNNING thence in a general southwesterly direction along said ordinary high
