WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of
One Dollar ($1.00)------------------------------------------dollars,
lawful money of the United States, and other valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, Long Island, New York, more part-
icularly known and designated as and by the lots Nos. 308, 309 and
310, on a certain Map entitled "Map of Goose Bay Estates", in the
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, said map being made by
Lewis N. Waters, L.S. of Oyster Bay, Long Island, New York, dated
September 12th 1934 and filed in the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on the 13th day of November, 1934 as and by the
Map No. 1176 (Abstract No. 1197).
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of

TOGETHER with a right to the use of the streets, avenues or
roads shown on said Map, said right to be in common with other
plots on said Map.
SUBJECT to the covenants and restrictions as contained in form-
er deeds of record.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey may show.
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions, utility easements and reserve-
tions of record.
BEING the same premises previously conveyed to the party of the
first part by deed dated October 25, 1953 and recorded in the
office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 31,
1953 in Liber 3604, page 480 of Deeds.
