The westerly line of said right of way begins at a point on the
northerly line of Pine Neck Road at the southeasterly corner of land
now or formerly of Ellsworth Grathwohl (said point being about 500
feet westerly along said northerly line from the point where it would

North Bayview Road) and runs thence along said land now or formerly
of Grathwohl North 8 degrees 55 minutes 40 seconds west 200.00 feet
to the northerly line of said right of way; the northerly line of f

(1) North 78 degrees. 04 minutes 20 seconds East 260.0 feet;
2 North 84 degrees 04 minutes 20 seconds East 146.0 feet to the
point of beginning of the premises;

the ordinary high water mark of Jockey Creek;

Together with all of the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part of, in and to the land lying below the ordinary high
water mark and under the waters of Jockey Creek adjacent to the
premises.
Being the same property conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed made by Lighthouse Development Corp., dated July 1, 1957 and
recorded in Liber 4323 of Conveyances, page 449.
