and being at Bayviow, no" Southold, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of Now York, bounded and described efs��,gl4Qws:
BEGINNING at a point on the boundarylino between len ''""ppr ddy
Young and land of Jos. Barbato at the point where said boundary lino
intcrsocts the northwesterly shore of a 50 foot drodged canal, said
point of beginning being 215 foot, more or less, southeasterly along
said boundary line from Smith Drive South; from said point of be-
ginning running northeasterly along said northwesterly shore of said
50 foot canal, bein„ along said land of Barbato, land of White, land
of the party of the second part, land of Flangan and across the south-
oastorly end of a 50 foot private road, about 365 feet to land con-
veyed by the party of the first part to Thos. O'Neill; thence along
