N.Y.' and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, Riverhead, New York, on
July 1, 1931 an Map No. 631.
TOGETHER with the right to use for boating, bathing and fishing all that portion of beach -
lying in front of Sections A and H as shown on said map, in coon with others who now lwase
or may hereafter acquire Tights in the same, subject, however, to such reasonable rules and -
_ regulations with respect to the use thereof, as may from time to time be put into effect. -_
TOGETHER with a right of way over the roads, highways, streets or lams shown on said map _
- and over a road or highway known as Reydon Drive, said right to be in common with others, _
who now have or may hereafter acquire rights in the same.
TOGETHER with any right to the reasonable we and enjoyment of that portion of the inland
harbor owned by the parties of the first part and to the use of a portion of the northerIT
line of the bulkhead and to such other portions of said bulkhead an may be set aside in -
common with the other plot owners to date and others who may hereafter acquire title to
_ land from Reydon Shores, Inc. subject to such reasonable rules and regulations as may fro i -
_ time to time be put into effect.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions contained in other deeds of record affecting other
lots on said map, prwLded same do not render the title to said premises unmarketable.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Edward C. Field and Emogens L. Field,
his wife, to the parties of the first part herein by deed dated July 262 1952 and recorded
intheSuffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3389, page 148 on August 6. 1952.
The aforesaid lots and part of said lot when taken together are more particularly bounded -

BEGINNING at a point in the northeasterly line of West Shore Drive at the division line _-
between lots.9 and 10 in Block A on said map; running thence northwesterly along the
northeasterly line of West Shore Drive as it curves to a point distant North 21 degrees 58

beach; thence easterly along the beach to a point distant South 65 degrees 1 minute 40
