BEOINNING at a point marking the center line of an existing roadway (which
point is the southwesterly corner of the premises herein described, at the Inter-
section of the southerly line of the premises herein with the extension southerly
of the easterly line of land of Edna Kaultadn); running thence in a northeasterly
direction across said roadway and along sold land of Kaulbacb, North 5 degrees 33
minutes East a distance of 147.34 feet to a point; continuing thence along land of
Goorge Pettit, North 5 degrees 59 minutes 20 semnda East a distance of 102.41 feet
to lands of Frank L. Downs and ors.; running thence North 74 degrees 00 minutes East
n distance of 61.66 feet to anexisting twenty-foot right of way; running thence in
a southeasterly direction along the westerly line of said right of way, three courses
as follows:
(1) South 15 degrees 47 minutes Bast a distance of 87.81 feet; thence
(2) South 15 degrees 15 minutes East a distance of 52.21 feet; thence
(3) South 30 degrees 07 minutes Bast a distance of 133.70 feet to the center
line of the existing roadway;
running thence across; said roadway South 30 degrees 07 minutes Bast a distance of 35
feet, more or less, to ordlnery high water mark of Town Creek; awning thence in a
general westerly direction along said ordinary high water mark of Toon Creek to e
concrete wall and land now believed to be-of. the Teva.Of Southold; vanning thence -
westerly along the boundary line of sold land of Town of Southold to the point or
place of beginning, according to survey by Alden '8. Young, C. 2., Licensed Land
Surveyor, Riverhead, N.Y., dated January 18, 1950.

86.52 feet; running thence South 75 degrees 45 minutes E0 seconds East a.distance
Of 57.85 feet to the easterly line of said premises and other land of Frank L.
