which was duly probated in the Surrogate's Court, Riverhead, New York on the
3rd day of October, 1952 and Letters Testamentary were issued to Marian
f Virginia Lederman and Faith R. Smith, and the said Marian Virginia Lederman
and Faith H. Smith are still acting as such executrices.
