Van Tuyl, and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on March 25, 1935, as Map No. 1178. Said Lot No. 62 fronting 50 feet on Founders Path and being 50 feet in front and in rear and 150 feet on each side. Said Lot No. 110 fronting 59.87 feet on Old Shipyard Road and being 155.20 feet on its northerly boundary, 100 feet in the rear and 150.31 feet on its southerly boundary. Said Lot No. 112 fronting 75 feet on Old Shipyard Road and being 150.61 feet on its northerly boundary, 75 feet in the rear and 150 feet more or less on its southerly boundary.
