WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration M�,

and valuable consideration ppmd by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the

BEGINNING at a monument set on the easterly line of a 33 foot privat
road leading southerly from Indian Neck Road, said monument being 1700
feet southerly along said easterly line from said Indian Neck Road and
100 feet southerly along said easterly line from the northwesterly
corner of Lot 34, as shown on "Map of Indian Neck Park", filed in the
Suffolk County Clerk's office as Map No. 551; from said point of
beginning running along other tend of the parties of the second part
herein, being through said lot 34 2 courses as follows:
(1) North 720371East 70.0'f-et to a monument- thence
North 44026' East 124.15 feet to a monum
(2) e'iand land of Charles
E. Ward; thence along said land of Ward , South 12058' East 62.6 feet
to a monument at the northeasterly corner of Lot C , as shown on said
map- thence along lot C and passing through a monument at the north-
westerly corner thereof, and along the northerly line of a right of way
leading easterly from said 33 foot private road, 2 courses as follows:
(1) South 54007' West 169.5 feet to a monument; thence
(2) South 79045' West 20.75 feet to a monument on said easterly line -
of said 33 foot private road- thence along said easterly line of said _
33 foot private road, North 10023' West 55.4 feet to the point of
beginning.
with a right of way over said 33 foot private road from
the southwesterly corner of the premises northerly about 1755 feet to
Indian Neck Road, and continuing southerly to Peconic Bay.
TOGETHER with all the right title and interest, if any of the _
parties of the first part in M to any streets and roads tut ting the
above described premises to the center lines thereof.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions, if any of record, or in any
former deeds of record.
BEING and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed to the
parties of the first part herein by Alice Frances Van Alst by deed date
November 9, '1945 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in
Liber 2505 of deeds at page 288 on November 16, 1945.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises,
