surviving tenant by the entirety

York 11971, as surviving Trustee of the Jean Schneider Revocable Trust Agreement dated February
10, 2000, as tenants in common,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the
of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as lots numbers 73 and 74 on a certain map entitled
"Subdivision Map of Cedar Beach Park" and fded in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on Dec. 20, 1927, as Map No. 90, together with all right, title and
interest of the parties of the first part, .if any, in and to Sandpiper Basin, Pleasant Inlet
and Cedar Beach Harbor.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the Grantor by
Deed dated August 14, 1973 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on.
August 23, 1973 in Liber 7472 page 195, the Grantor being the same person described
as the Grantee in said Deed.

This Deed is to correct Deed dated February 10, 2000 and recorded in tl~e Office of
tithe Clerk of Suffolk County on March 22, 2000 in Liber 12029 page 489. It was the
intention of the grantors to tr~sfer the premises to Ernest Schneider, individually, and
to the trUstees of the Jean ScHneider Revocable Trust Agreement dated February 10,
2000 as tenants in common. This Deed corrects the prior Deed by including the
correct Grantees: Ernest Schneider, individually and Ernest Schneider as surviving
Trustee of the Jean Schneider Revocable Trust Agreement dated February 10, 2000 as
tenants in common.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets
md roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and fights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO
HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the
