thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Horton6s Point in the Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, State of New York, bounded and described as follows:—
EECI1.'NING at a granite monument act an the southerly line of land conveyed to
Gerard E. Neyroud by dead dated Jane 8, 191,6 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk
of Suffolk County June 12, 1946 in Coed Liber 2576 on 576, said granite monument being
about 630 feet northeast along said line from the northeast line of Horton Lane;
running thence along said southerly line south 51 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds west
145.05 feet to other land of Gerard E. Feyroud; thence along said other land of
Gerard E. Neyroud north 6h degrees 50 minutes west 702.97 feet to the ordinary high
water mark of Long Island Sound; thence along said ordinary high water mark of Long
Island Sound north 36 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds east 216.07 feet to land of
Juell M. His; thence along said land of Juell M. Pie south 64 degrees 50 minutes east
473.68 feet to a monument at the northossterly line of a 20 foot right of way; thence
across said 20 foot right of way and along other land of Juell M. Pie south 64 degrees
50 minutes east 250.85 feet to a monument and land of Charles Offenheiser; thence
along said land of Charles Offenheiser south 25 degrees 10 minutes west 82.14 feet to
the point of beginning.
TOGEMM with a right of way 20 feet in width, the northerly line of which
begins at the end of that course described in the above description as running south
64 degrees 50 minutes east 473.68 feet. and thence running northeasterly, i,hen south-
easterly to the southeasterly line of land of Walter E. ryatt.
A100 a right of way over the cei.sting roadway from said soetheastsrly line
or land of ','!alter E. Hyatt to Sound Avenue.
ALSO a right of way 20 feet in width beginning at or near the foot of the
bluffs on the southwesterly line of the premises herein described and running ti,ence
southwesterly, thence southeasterly, thonee southerly, thence snrJ easterly and
thence seatl-.crly to Hort.on's Lane.
