Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Now York, known and distinguished

as Lot #84 on a map entitled "Subdivision Map of Founders Estates,
o, situate at Southold, Suffolk County, Now York, made by Otto W.
a ry Van Tuyl, Engineer and Survoyor", dated March 16, 1927 and filed
in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on Play 10, 1927s as
Map No. 834, and on said map bounded Northerly by Lot #83, Easterly
by Lot #92, Southerly by Lot #85, and Westerly by Founders Path,
being 127.18 feet on the northerly boundary, 75 foot on the easterly
boundary, 119.66 feet on the southerly boundary, and 7$.37 foot on
the westerly boundary.
TOGEPH&R with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part in and to that portion of Founders Path lying in front of
and adjacent to the lands and promises above described to the center
line thereof.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record, if any, affecting
said promises; and subject also to zoning restrictions and ordinances
adopted by any municipal, town, village or other governmental authority.
Being and intended to be the same promises conveyed by dood by
Founders Estates, Inc, to Archibald X. Young, dated February 18th,
1953, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clark's Office on February
24, 1953, in Liber 3478 of Deeds at page 190.
